Wrong link in ESO web-store

I was just checking out the ESO store pages and found, that the link for ESO+ membership - after explaining what it is - leads back to the shop page once one presses "buy now" and not to the membership plans and payment method selection - so basically it cannot be bought from the shop. Am I missing something here or is there a reason for it not being available?

I just tested it and I get the different plans page. Perhaps it was just a hiccup for you?

No, unfortunately not - I do not get to the plans and payment methods, but it goes back to the store page.

Are you logged into your account? I was when I tested it, perhaps that's why.

Yes, I am logged in, I can see my account information and switch to store from there - it shows my account name on the selection page - all other stuff works properly, just not the ESO+ part. It isn't urgent, I still have 82 days on ESO+, but it is weird, that I cannot access it, whereas you can. Every other choice is giving me the normal billing information screen, just not ESO+ - as well no plan selection page.

Usually when I re-sub I go via the Manage Membership link in the Account section. I don't think I've ever done the store option.

Is your account linked to Steam by any chance?

No, it is not steam linked, I bought it directly from the webpage about 1.5 years ago - I cannot use the manage membership option, because it is for reoccurring payment methods, whereas I am using a non-reoccurring payment system - this is still offered, it would work with other offers on the store page - so it isn't that as well.

I guess what was mentioned above about your cache, or try a different browser.

Other than that, submitting a ticket is probably your only route.

I did the same a few weeks back and had exactly the same thing happen to me, I never found the culprit, whether it was something on my side or thires

I had thought I might sub, but it just kept sending me in circles so the moment passed and i wasnt really bothered so just left it, seems it wasn't just me then

fyi - clearing browser cache did not do anything in regards to this issue - still the same.

Well the solution to this is to do it via the membership selection - and even if I am not setting up a recurring payment method, I still have to check the box for recurring payments - I will still have the option to pay in a non-recurring way - this is a bit irritating and should be worded in a different way.

@unjulationb16_ESO try it from the account page choosing a recurring membership plan - there a plan selection and payment method selection will show and you can actually buy ESO+ there - it is well worth it, if you are a crafter with several characters it is really good.
