Nightblade and Me (Reclamation / Request)

Greetings,

I am Nightblade since Beta

I have the goal to have 100% achievements points (fishing, trophies, craft, pve, pvp, trials...everything), in this case, with my main char Nightblade (atm with 90% done = +23000).

Since day 1 (with 5 days of pre-order), 3 years was passed and lot of fixes / nerf / changes came through with the time.

With time the Nightblade was becoming the weakest class in the game (for lot of reasons)

But in the last days (Morrowind Chapter) the Nightblade reaches the new bottom of popularity.

How i will continue to fulfill my goal? Since the Nightblade is an "Persona non grata" in Meta.

Zenimax have 2 soltutions to solve this (opinion):

1) Make achivements account (in this way i can continue to fulfill my goal, and solve lot problems - like missing / broken eidetic memory books for example)

2) Change / Buff the Nightblade

I have the feeling the 3 years of playing was a total waste of time, and that is not cool

Please give back my joy of playing with Nightblade, like the old days .... please.

I have the same problem. Magblade was my first character, it's still my main, my crafter and I'm always trying to get all achievements on her (currently 19.7k). And it's painful that some of the content I'm not able to do on her to get these missing achievements because she has to weak DPS comparing to my magsorc for example. I would really like to do new vet trial on her but it won't be possible until ZOS will give strong buffs to nightblades.

I can say you're the copy of me (or I'm the copy of you). Beta stamblade player too. Same goals. Same dreams.... Broken dreams.
Half of our guild (we were doing vet Trials with HMs) left the game. So did I. Not sure if forever, but for now there's no pleasure or any worth of playing for me. I must learn from mistakes. If you spend 3 years for something and get nothing in exange, moreover, you're getting worse and worse, no need to rage or blame something or someone. ZOS is a strong system, and we won't change it. So I decided not to bother with my the only playable character. With all achievements and progress. Yes, I'm disappointed. Yes, I love TES and loved ESO. But ZOS did everything to make me empty. Yes, empty is a good word.

Now I have a bit more of time, no need to spend hours for dailies with zero reward. I don't trust or believe in ZOS anymore. You know, words are just words. When someone talks much, this doesn't mean this person do much. Actions are >>> that words.

ZOS do words. Talk much. Do nothing. Lestening to no one.

Anyway, 3 years of playing MMO is much for me. ESO was the only game I've been playing so much, that's true.

Not sure why anyone thinks nightblade is weak right now on live, especially since they can build heavy armour high resist with their well known night blade damage.

PTS i can agree since sustain abilities cost more to cast than grant in return, but a well played night blade on live (Stam or Mag) is an extreme difficulty.

Although i do feel the pain of being abandoned by ZOS because almost all classes have been reduced to a joke of what they once were.

Edited to clarify for those who are too stupid to realize i meant pvp when referring to heavy armour builds. Reading between the lines is too difficult

the only achievement i see problems wiht is vMOL HM atm, next patch vHoF HM.

But those problems are more group problems than class problems.
Sure NB is weaker than other classes, but if you have a good guild group, once you have done the trial on a bis group, im sure those guys would help you getting it on your NB too^^

You didn't specify pvp and they're the stupid ones?

1.Pvpers are the minority population.
2. The original post is focused on pve (achievement goals take precedence in the passage)

Anyway, I feel for you OP. We need the Templar lobbyists to help us with our campaign. They kicked and screamed and Zos went and changed one of their nerfs (not by much but still better) so we need them to help us out.

Zos, a compromise: Leave Siphoning Attacks alone. That's all I really want.

If you are at the bargaining table, may I also hedge for Spectral Bow auto recast, stam morphs, and resource steal on top of our plethora of health steal. We don't need siphoning attacks to have health restore, we need you to take us seriously.

I've never ganked but I apologize on behalf of all the nightblades that ganked Zos employees to the point where our class is the whipping boy. (Also please notice I didn't ask for a reversal on the gank nerf in the patch notes)

I think 5 or 6 of my characters on NA server are Night Blades. They're very squishy and weak compared to the Templar and Sorcerer characters I've made but I prefer stealth tactics/med armor for pickpocketing and higher movement speed. I like my combat to feel dynamic and challenging but I suppose watching other classes out DPS and heal while doing it, is rather unsettling.

true, I was the only one stamina character in trials, that's to my guild mates (one of them even said once "I want to see him as stamblade in trials" - "Wait, lol wut, why?" - "Because he knows his class and he can do better on stam").
Sure, after I barely did 30k on mSorc with decent gear

But no jokes, I'm thankful for such opportunity. They could find better DD with more DPS and shields.

But don't tell this to ZOS. They'll decide that they can nerf every class except Sorcs, because others (sorcs players I mean) will gladly help you to improve and make your job (=dps) instead of you. All you'll need just to poke boss with heavy atttacks.

They should have let nightblade keep their sustain. That could have been a nightblade perk moving forward.
