@ZOS_GinaBruno ,
Just a little curious as to why the NA servers were back online rather fast but all EU servers are still down?
ZOS had stated that there was security access issues with the data center servers.
Given the extra time to get EU back online, I imagine there was a security/permission issue between the data center and the actual EU servers where the EU servers could not actually access data.
That is my theory based on the current available information.

That's what you wanted to hear, right? How about you sit down for a sec and realize that a US company managing a US product operates on a timezone that occurs in its own country of origin.
If I buy a game like Dark Souls, I don't expect Japan to bend over and cater to my demands for server maintenance in the US. Grow up.

Actually i was asking because i was wondering if the servers were different and wondering if maybe EU is under staffed compared to NA.... Thus factering into why NA maintenance only takes two hours but EU was almost 11 hours.
Really no need for you to get snippy and tell me to grow up.
