Ice staff back bar

Fasalla's is always good for the debuff tank type for group play but don't expect to do much damage

Fasallas is getting the nerf hammer so hard next patch. Throw that set away today.

I was not impressed. Desert Rose and Bloodthorne are both better, IMO.

Desert Rose is the equivalent of 1,200 magicka regen on the character screen, so even with the nerf from 1 second to 4 second cooldown it's pretty solid.
