Time for ZOS to show its EU player base some love!!

We are nearing almost 11 hours of maintenance and almost 9 hours longer than the NA servers.. maybe now would be a good time to show your EU player base some love and toss us some free crowns to make up for this overly long downtime!!

    • EU players are humans too! We want our maintenances in the least pop time (at deep night) and not lasted for several hours!

    I think they should give us one of the server hamsters as an in game mount. It'd be very slow, of course. But at least it's something

    Yes I see that and I am now in game... however I still think it would be nice for some extra crowns for the extended downtime especially if your an ESO Plus Member. I for one would use those crowns on some riding lessons for my new character I just made.. not really looking forward to spending 60 days to get yet another character max riding :(.

    Lolll, this is very funny and would also be a perfect fit for my new character... as both are very slow!

    Where in the image you linked does it say you're entitled to any compensation? I haven't read the TOS (does anyone, honestly?) but I'll wager it says something to the effect of: you have the right to access the server when it's available.

    I'd rather the servers get maintenance when they need it, because when they dont, the game runs really bad and it's noticeable.

    No more EU maintenance! Ok so when the server dies, then you really will have something to complain about.

    One thing about living in the EU, is you can pretty much take any TOS and throw it in the bin, they are not recognised in EU law, everything instead much comply to the EU Directives on Consumer Contract law.

    I don't think anyone has a problem with maintenance (myself included) as long as ZOS actually fixes stuff. However we are still plagued with bugs / crashes / long load screens /etc that have been around for years. So when we have to sit through an almost 12 hour maintenance it is a little more than annoying because it probably means that very little was fixed during that time.

    With that said, I don't really expect ZOS to hand out crowns even though it would be a kind gesture from them!

    Maybe their TOS is not recognized, yet you still agreed to it, which lands you in the exact same spot.. You made a deal with them.. And nowhere in that deal does it say that you should get stuff when you start begging.. What you get for paying, is being allowed to use THEIR! GAME

    I guess those free crowns would keep a few complainers happy until next time the server had issues and wasn't taken down for maintenance, then I'm guessing they'd be asking for some more free crowns. Poor old ZOS can't do right whichever way they approach it :wink: !
