please explain the Witcher 3 then; objectively one of the best games to have come out recently, and after 52 hours of playing i've had one of the smoothest and most bug free experience in any game of recent memory
this isn't an interesting thought at all, there's no invisible relation between bugs=/=quality going on here, it's a fact that more bugs = less quality
NotLets face it now, the best games have the most bugs

Several things made by humans are perfect... Maybe not in technology area.

You even stated though. most bug free..which implies there are bugs. On top of that Witcher 3 isn't online. Once you put games online like this and multiple systems all have to start interacting together things will start having issues.

I'd love to know some examples of "several things made by humans that are perfect". I can't think of anything that is made by humans that is perfect.
