Giles! Rationality and reasoning has no place in these parts! Good day, sir.
I think I've mentioned that a few times before, mostly because these issues happened before with ESO. But if that happens with other games, like Black Desert Online, they will send you an apology from a GM in-game with some actually interesting stuff attached (e.g. their version of gambling crates).
All you get from ZOS is a "Thanks for your patience". And that's what really annoys me.

I am actualy surprised you are not 20 stars with all those hatred and trollish replies ...
You do not see the satire?

Even no 1 day of sub refunded when last "troubles" happens, guess, not this time too. They have NO respect to even their subscribers, do I need to tell about just players? haha.
You know maintenance happens on a Monday. You know sometimes maintenance can over run. You also know sometimes NA and EU servers run into different issues separate from one another. At least you should know all these things.
Go do something else instead of crying for attention like a damn baby.

It's Tuesday day time, hardly peak hours. It's a whole data centre piece of work they gave us warning in advance an even an approx timeframe.
Give them a break, they are after all Improving things!
Can't someone just post the part in the TOS where all of us basically have zero right to complain about downtime for maintenance? so it can shut the cry babies up? I'm too busy playing the game to care

Sod off already. ZOS makes so much money now you can't really justify this happening that often anymore, after 3 years there is still a lot of issues with bugs and performance. And this server maintenance is nothing new, it happened before and it'll happen again. And I don't pay my subscription so the servers can be offline almost an entire day a week. It's Tuesday day time, hardly peak hours. How long have you been here? They always say they are improving things, for the past 3 years it's always "we're improving this, bla bla bla", but are they?
If they were, then perhaps 3-year old bugs and performance related issues wouldn't be in the game and server maintenance or data work would take only a few hours like with other companies, instead of an entire day.

You weren't busy enough it seems. You commented after all. Most people are aware of the ToS and their rights. Other games, btw, have the same. Yet they decide to do compensate their players. Whats wrong with them, eh? Not treating their customers like sh!t. They should get some lessons from ZOS.

A bit selfish of you to make this forum post crying. You realize they're working hard, and probably encountered a HUGE issue that could if not resolved end in loss of data, or all characters?
9h and counting *** this.

You know they're not like us, its their profession, an actual job right ? We just ask them to do their job right; simply because their job is what we pay and what we get inreturn. So in short, its about us...
