8am: think its time to redownload and try it with new updates
11am: ALL DONE DOWNLOADING! TIME TO LOGIN.. *** maintenance, ok.
3pm: delayed okay.
4pm: delayed okay

5PM: FINALLY, DELAY OVER TIME TO PLAY

5:42: STILL CANT PLAY?

Entire Day trying to play, i hope the games worth it now :wink:

offtopic: does anyone know why i have such a terrible username? i can assure you i didnt set this as my username. lol

    b16 indicates which Beta wave you were a part of. I forget what my original username on the boards was.

    Also, unfortunately, you picked the wrong day (if you're in the EU) to fire up the game. Sorry, that's just phenomenally bad luck there.

    Looks like the default one given when forum account was created.

    It was like that in beta.

    I changed it by contacting a moderator and asking directly. So far as I know, that is the official procedure.

    It's not, I'm about to uninstall it in june after 2 years straight playing. :/

    Nein, my account was created in beta. They allowed you to chose your name if you avoided doing the auto name.

    As I recall, that was a function that wasn't always available. Sort of like the users who were able to set custom avatars. I chose my username, and had a beta wave tag grafted onto it by the system.

    My username was my email address name + beta wave number + ESO.

    I want to say that I was given the choice to change it at some point but it wasn't always this.
