Which would make them useless anyway.
I'd be fine if there was at least a chance, like 33% or so, to get a weapon in normal mode.
i went into vMA on a saturday morning, beat it by sunday night.
i was CP 274 khajit stamblade
so time spent really isnt a factor, quality time not quantity, evaluate your deaths dont bang your head blindly against the wall.
CP isnt a factor, class isnt a factor, race isnt a factor. Like yea people have beat it with much lower CP but most of those have already mastered it before hand. As it stands the number of 1st time clear below CP300 is pretty low. And I couldnt have picked a harder class setup if i wanted to.
gear could be a factor? I didnt have VO, so not really.
Just solid awareness of mechanics and understanding of my class.
nowadays its not uncommon to see CP600 magsorcs with perfect gear asking for advice on first clear cuz they're stuck forever, while I had literally every single factor possible stacked against me and still cleared it.
so yea, if it really comes down to that, I'd say its perfectly okay only 1 out of 1000 people should hold those weapons, cuz clearly they need to be earned, and clearly they can be earned. not quite sure why 99% of the population have an excuse for being unable to clear it, and want it tuned, or drop in normal. you dont deserve them, period.

Maybe is a stupid question, but after i search enough on google i want to ask here because i am not clear with this.
Maelstrom Weapons drop in normal mode?
Some players say yes others no.
What is the truth?

It would be fine? You can clean normal mode without any weapons, using just 1 skill - how is having 33% is fine? Are you not the sharpest tool in the box?
No weapons in normal mode.
If you can't complete VMA - you don't need these weapons.

I call this bull. I had done vMSA at least 30 times with my stamina DK and it took a lot to get the clears down to 2.0-3.0 hours per run (with about 15-30 deaths per run)
Last week I tried with my pet sorc for the first time. I did my first run for 45 minutes with only 1 death. It is easy as just spamming 3AOE spells and making sure that shields are applied if you know the mechanics. So basically with a pet sorc it is as easy as doing a normal 4 man dungeon.

okay...? congrats on not being part of the brain dead population. But is your point that only magsorcs are capable of doing vMA smoothly? are you trying to say that no matter how skilled you are, other builds are just not meant to faceroll vMA?
also, for someone who cleared vMA at least 30 times i dont know how it took you so long to do it on a magsorc, a PET magsorc at that. 35 min is the norm, 40 min is insanely pushing it, and 45....but w/e thats minor details
my argument might have seem like an extreme end of a spectrum just for the sake of making a point, but no as sad as it is, you do see those people I mentioned on forums, or subreddit. Seemingly perfect setup, but just could not accomplish the simple task that is vMA.

not really, since many/most people cant finish the vet version of it, and dont care about having the BiS meta build all the time
