'normal' vma drops since homestead

To this day I've only gotten 1 bow, ever. I've gotten lots and lots and lots of staves. Mostly lightning, plenty of sharpened staves. Ik they fudged with the drops since homestead.

I'm running this on a stam toon, which means for whatever reason more magic *** drops. What drops have you guys ben getting, stam or magica?

    lots of resto staves, greatswords. In all my runs I've never got an inferno staff not even one with a bad trait :(

    I got a sharp vma inferno before I got my bow. Part of the reason I made my magdk. >.<

    Wooow you gor lots of resto staves! Since homestead my only good drops are sharped lightning/fire sharp 2h axe, sharp 1h axe (finally).

    Only got 2 restos since hs. 1 sharp, and 1 decisive. I've gotten loads of 2h axe, mostly infused. About 4 or 5 dw drops, mainly decisive/charged. Some ice staff, way too many lightning staves, a couple inferno staves, and my first bow was very first run after homestead.

    Mostly I get s&b. 2 outta 3 runs feels like a s&b drop but that's an exaggeration. Seriously though I get alot of these. Would love a sharp bow.

    I am running magicka sorcerer and keep getting stam drops i.e. bow (3/5 every drop), 2h and daggers

    I did not have any inferno or lighting staff drop since past 2 weeks..

    My drops don't seem to be skewed towards a specific weapon type.

    Yeah, this. I farm on a mag toon, and 80% of drops are stamina weapons, with some charged/powered staff here and there...

    Yeah, IIRC that changed with 1Tamriel or thereabouts.

    maelstrom weapons do not drop outside veteran mode, unless I been really really unlucky these last 30 times

    maybe OP means normalised, as they were supposed to have balanced the drops more so less bows, resto staves etc, but its clearly bull as these drop hella regular still.

    I am tired with VMA farming, today again got Sword and Board.

    Just need a lighting sharpen staff..

    I have now stopped running VMA for sometime!

    1) Bow sharpened
    2)1h sword charged
    3) 1dagger 1axe both powered
    4)1dagger powered 1axe decisive
    5)I don't remember...

    I'm happy for you. I did 60+ runs and no sharpened 2h yet, not even from weekly(which I had on 3 characters every week for few moths, when i was farming it.) Eventualy got tired of it, and i decided to rock w/o vma weapon.
    I believe in lagless Cyrodiil!

    No i m3ant what items people normally get now. In the past resto and bow used to be 'normal' drops. Now a bow (for me) is certainly a rare one.

    I get more stam weapons as drops on my mag Sorc as well. Weird. But maybe the game is designed that you get just the drop your actual char doesn't need ;)

    Well i personally wouldn't want it to drop just specific to the char you play on, as I do vMA mostly on my stam sorc, but I distribute the weapons if any good trait to my other chars, like staves etc.

    Thats kinda what I do. I'm the most confident running it my stam dps; but I've gotten so many bis magica weapons that I thought I'd roll a magdk for trials, but also to reverse some of that rng into some mele weapons. My dk got absolutely destroyed in vma so It's staff city for me. :(

    sos please fix this- i ve never received a sharp 2hander stam weapon. - thats ridiculous- after completing it with 6 toons- on 2 servers - hundreds of times.

    its the hardest solo content in the game- at least make it fair or fire the person in charge of RNG and loot drops- its beyond stupid and frustrating. i think one should have at least one of each weapon in sharp after a hundred runs or so. that works out to weeks and weeks of grinding. we have real lives to live- and in regards to the game- content we d rather be doing. i used to love maelstrom- but now i despise it because of the grind. yes - do something else- but i have most of the bis weapons- and as a completionist - maelstrom weapons are all thats missing. after being on leaderboards- doing all the things to get weapons- to totally miss out is ridiculous.

    how long have u let us complain with no response!?!? its gottne to the point where literally 2 generations of gamers have come and gone due to this- and a whole new season of gamers have come in - and left frustrated because of the RNG of your loot.
