Is it possible to get a Guildname that IS already taken?

Let's say a Guildleader hasn't Logged in for 3 Years. And he has some of the most Epic names.

Is it possible for ZoS to accept a Guildname change for a name that has already been taken?

I have some good names, but a few that I really like are already taken.

    Well sure, so long as I can take your guild name then next week if I feel like it.

    Edit: Ok, this might come across as too snarky. I don't know if there is an official policy, typically most of the time they don't really want to get involved in this sort of thing from my experience. Good luck though if you contact them and no one of that guild has been playing anymore for a year or so.

    I'm going to guess that their policy is the same as when it comes to character names. Once someone has a name, doesn't matter if they haven't played since 2 days after launch, they will not give you that name. That's pretty much the reply I got from them.
