Last week more than 12 hours just in one day - in the middle of the day, for EU time-
So maintenance was take more than 24 hours per month. And no play time refund was provided!?
Now happening again?! ...Are we pay for maintenance?!
Don't think I'll renew my ESO plus subscription. I dont like to waste money and time to write complaints post like this.

CaaptNSoul ShrivenThis is ridiculously long for a maintenance, and today it's already passed the 6 hour mark and still going on again with no notification or news update whatsoever.... After 2 hours you gotta have some news or info on why it's taking so long and how long you're still expecting it to last... most games do so. It's curtesy towards your playerbase....
Don't know how you have missed this, but they actually posted an update 24 minutes after they passed the 6 hours.
"Good morning everyone! Just to give you an update on this maintenance, it's currently looking like we'll be wrapping up around 11am EDT (in about 1.5 hours). We'll let you know if this time changes."
This was posted on the official maintenance announcements thread, where they are supposed to.

taiji2078✭✭✭Actually I'm paying subscription and I feel like an idiot now ... another HUGE wait time for a simple server reset. Others MMO are doing this on the fly with a server reset at 5AM in the morning ... yes, EU time ... because their EU clients are important.

1)Maintenance in the middle of the day onwards to late afternoom sometimes for EU playerbase
2)All times are on EDT.They are not even bothered to have the GMT also!
I could possibly think more but those 2 are important.
Basically Zenimax is unable to have separate times for EU and US so we Europeans have normal maintenance times!

But Saying stuff like you will stop paying for the game, and that you regret paying for 3 month playtime just sounds silly.
The game is being maintained for your enjoyment, and its maintained so that you will have less bugs to get anoyed about.
Your money pay for the employes that fixes the bugs, and maintains the servers.
We all wish they would maintain faster, and make patcher faster, and loadtime better, and better fps in cyro.
We all survive 1 day out of a month for server maintenance.

Maybe I am spoiled by WoW, where the long ones are much rarer and the short ones run in the night. But even SWTOR, which often has 3 hour maintenances does not manage 6 hours + that regularly. - EU players are humans too! We want our maintenances in the least pop time (at deep night) and not lasted for several hours!
