@ZOS Can you gives us some explanation why maintenance is taking so long ? Do you have some problems with your DC? Are your servers struggling to keep up ? Are you upgrading your hardware ? Do you simple not have enough people running the job or are you just lazy ? Can you give some insight ?
Cause honestly, for maintenance to keep taking so long week after week, something must be wrong. Whether it is or not, communicating the reasons for the long maintenance and the reason they get extended beyond their original long times, can only be a good thing.

kritonX67Soul ShrivenSorry m8s, but a vague "datacenter" maintenance that is taking 8+? hours is not good enough. If something keeps going on wrong during such a maintenance it should be communicated along with their plans (if any) to fix this in the future.0

taiji2078✭✭✭7 hours now. Last week I don't know since I was working all day long. 9 hours two weeks ago ... One full day of sub lost in one month.
You shouldn't do this on our subscription time or at least add some days to our subscription time. I understand once ou run into problems that you need to solve ... but everytime ?!?
I understand you need to clean-ul databases and swipe your cache, but most online games are doing this with a simple server restart and not one day of hard-work maintenance. Check other games and maybe consult with their specialist to learn better what to do.
