Sure, it sucks you can't navigate the walls on your own manor, but the fact there's a bunch of content you can't even access in your own home, it really sucks. Invisible walls plight much of the area, which really makes it feel closed and strained. Daggerfall Overlook has some of these issues.
Here is the balcony, for example, that looks amazing and overlooks your kingdom. Note that Daggerfall Overlook / Ebonheart Chateau have no balconies, yet most Large Houses have them:

You can build a bunch of platforms to reach it, but the problem is, they're difficult to navigate! You have to place a bunch of ugly platforms with no knockback collision to reach them.

You also have the backyard, which looks amazing from this angle, yet you can't reach it. Why have this entire area that you can't access? It would be a nice little area for a massive, towering overlook.

It's really a shame so much seems accessible in the Overlook, but you can't actually reach it.
Please give us some way to reach the areas, ZOS. Maybe a few simple doors going in and out of these areas? Through the bedroom? It would certainly make this whole house a lot more open and less constrained by thousands of invisible walls.
