• ESO Store for maintenance – April 10, 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC) - 3:00PM EDT (19:00 UTC)
Summary: I couldn't enter Cyrodiil, it kept saying "You are already queued for that campaign." I tried the fix described and grouped with someone who was in the campaign, and now in my messages it says "Entering Cyrodiil" but it has been stuck at that point for 20 minutes.
@ZOS_PeterT How can i get this fixed is there a way on your end to take me out of the quee that im not in? if this helps Customer Service Ticket [Incident: 170428-005536
This issue was addressed in the past when it was occurring.
We ask that you please open a Bug Report for this issue in the Bug Reports section of the forums if you are still encountering an issue. You may also want to contact customer support as they may have more information on your specific character instance and may be able to address this further.
If you're using the Web Assistant make sure you're logged in to get it started.
If that was submitted as a bug report then you aren't gonna get an answer as they will only really respond if they need more info. You need to submit a ticket to were they will respond to your issue.
it been a compleat run a around all that needs to be said is we are working on it not loop after loop of no answers.and i dont want a answer after a week of this i want a FIX BUG ,SUPPORT NO ANSWER FROM DEV BS
