Hello. Currently seeking troubleshooting for my Redguard stamina nightblade I use in PvE for max AOE damage due to capping at 20.5k DPS on the test dummy and being told I should be pulling at least 25k, possibly up to 35k max. (Staying alive isn't an issue for me - DPS is. Honestly, I'm frustrated because I've looked up info online and YouTube (Deltia, Kevduit, etc). I've switched out a number of abilities and have tried Light Attack and Heavy Attack animation cancellation (being careful to use Heavy Attacks while wearing Sunderflame) and I've found that Heavy Attack animation cancelling has been providing me with the most DPS.

I realize I should probably change from Redguard to Khajit and I've been trying to farm Maelstrom weapons but I'm struggling to complete it. I realize I can't get near 35k DPS without Maelstrom weapons and without a second set of trial gear but guildies still say I should be pulling at least 25k without them. I'm not sure what my problem is or if it's simply in my execution of rotation but I swear the execution of my rotation is ON POINT...if I do slip up, I keep up rotation without spamming needless and release DoT's immediately...please let me know what I can do to improve my DPS.

I currently have access to 1 Molag Kena, 1 Kha'gh, 2 Velidreth, 5 Sunderflame, 5 Nightmother's Gaze, 5 Vicious Ophidian - all aforementioned gear is Medium Divines. I've achieved 21k DPS wearing 3 VO, 5 Sunderflame and 4 NMG - 1 dagger w/Precise and Weapon Damage enchant, 1 axe w/Sharpened and Poison enchant. All purple except NMG gloves and chest, Sunderflame chest, 1 VO axe and 1 ring and both Velidreth - these are yellow.

Main Bar:

Surprise Attack, Deadly Cloak, Rending Slashes, Whirling Blades, Shrouded Daggers, Flawless Dawnbreaker (been trying Incapacitating Strike also).

Alt Bar:

Reaper's Mark (during test dummy only - during trials, using Evil Hunter), Poison Injection (during test dummy only - during trials, using Resolving Vigor), Razor Caltrops, Arrow Barrage, Rearming Trap

Rotation: (HAAC - Heavy Attack Animation Cancelling. BSAC - Bar Swap Animation Cancelling)

1st Rotation:
(Stealth), Deadly Cloak, Reaper's Mark, Shrouded Daggers, HAAC Surprise Attack BSAC, Arrow Barrage, Razor Caltrops, Rearming Trap, HAAC Poison Injection, HAAC Reaper's Mark BSAC.

2nd Rotation:
HAAC Shrouded Daggers, HAAC Surprise Attack, Surprise Attack BSAC (possibly Flawless Dawnbreaker BSAC if it's up or Deadly Cloak only if it's already worn out and Flawless Dawnbreaker isn't available).
