ESO Launcher not available

Good day.
Tried to patch my ESOEU this morning, and suffered patch manifest error. So i tried to download this manualy from (http://launcher.bethesda.net/Bethesda.net_Launcher/Bethesda.net_Launcher.patchmanifest), but it failed too.
So i started the website availability test on two separate sites (https://www.uptrends.com/tools/uptime and http://2ip.ru/site-availability/).
On both sites i found that http://launcher.bethesda.net/ s not available in all regions except american (and australian) continent (i am in european region)
I guess that it cant be a glitch on both sides, so maybe its a problem with our launcher?

Can't login to the game: it says the login-pass is incorrect.
Also there's "Couldn't retreive announcements" phrase.
So I think smth happened with the ServerEU: Beatrice gra-Brog, Rebellie, Yshterie, Jearra , Lirielline

I'm located in EU.
Edit: Nevermind. Got randomly kicked off from NA server, could not log back onto it. Could log onto EU now tho and havent been kicked yet. -confused-

Yeah i think server is having issues in eu now .. Many different but seems related issues.0
