I had read where it was in the US berfore but could never remember (as EU player it doesn't effect me too much).
I live in the UK and get about 70-90ping from the EU severs, sure I would love better but that's the nature of the beast I guess.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

NA server is in Maryland or very close to that state. Which is why my latency is utter garbage on NA or EU servers.0
