[Xbox One] Could someone craft me the Law of Julianos set?

I'm looking for someone to help me craft the Julianos set in Wrothgar.
I would do it myself, but my clothing tree is at a low level. I will of course provide my own crafting materials, as I do not expect you to craft me a unique set for free.
I will pay 10-12K max as I am not super rich on ESO.
