Home Furnishing Paintings Stuck in Wall

I tried to put in a ticket for this but I can't seem to find a way to submit a ticket at all. I can only use the web assistant and it doesn't answer this question.
I have put two paintings in my home (Autumn's Gate). They both are stuck in/on the wall with no way to interact with them to move them or put them away. How do I fix this?
