So basically with the new class balance changes and cp, it makes for more diverse builds. It also makes any class be able to perform any role just that some classes will still be able to do it slightly better, but it won't be a MUST. Basically been waiting for this day since beta, and also been waiting so long for BG. The battlegrounds are very addictive, played them quite a but. I used to love pve back in the day, though when the cp system came out, tactics got lost in favour for stack and DPS it so fast you don't need to do mechanics, use synergies, pots, heavy attack, or think about gear. Everything got too DPS focused. With these changes it basically goes back to the old days when I found it extremely fun. Very excited ^^
I think that's what frustrates me most. I totally get Gina's point that it comes down to devs working on code OR patrolling the forums. But some issues, bugs and quirks have been going on for so long and never gotten a response. Things like party members being invisible in dungeons and raids, raid mechanics in VMOL randomly not rendering. You know how annoying the Rakkhat fight is when Rakkhat goes invisible for some? Or orbs, tethers or other issues not rendering? It leads to deaths. But these things have never been commented on, and we're going on a year now.MasterSpatula wrote: »My favorite part was when they tried giving all sorts of excuses for bad communication, as if having a playerbase that feels ignored isn't a bigger issue than most of those excuses.

Any class can accomplish any role since day one, it was the road you took what set the differences. Saptank did it by healing himself and keeping SA active. DK tank by using his cost decrease to block. Temp by debuffing mobs and sorc by keeping his shields up. Now any tank in this game is gonna play the same, no class skill neededIt also makes any class be able to perform any role just that some classes will still be able to do it slightly better, but it won't be a MUST

I'm curious if they answered the question I posed about resto staff major mending and rite of passage.

"we wan't to make sure everyone is running out of resources" The lead combat designer said this verbatum.
They are ruining end game scene. Gonna be a mass exodus again of raiders.

I noticed a couple times when they went off on a tangent but abruptly stopped as to not entice more flaming in regards to nerfs and class changes.
I think more people wanted tougher questions answered but they went with the "just wait and see when you play the game" approach.
I did laugh a good bit when they used a healer or tank nightblade as an example. That was pretty funny cause those terms don't belong together for a nightblade.
Oh , and Wrobel (sp?) yelling "Its pay to win! It's OP!" Lol
