Does your policy superceed Xbox's policy on sharing games?

Seriously on Xbox every one shares with their spouses and children.

which is undoubtedly one of the coolest/best features of the xbox. I have owned every single xbox console to date. Up until the XB1 I rarely used it for gaming. XB1 and family sharing has totally changed the way I buy games. I think I owned maybe 10 XB360 games. Maybe 10 original Xbox games. I have 141 games in my XB1 library now. Mostly because of family sharing. It just is a great value for me and my family.

I know the ESO bean counter dweebs are probably sitting around saying (in their Austin powers Dr. Evil voice) "One MILLION Dollars!" if we block family sharing. We can make even MORE money. But the exact opposite is true. Give people a great value and the money will come.

Are there some dorks out there that take advantage of this...sure. There always will be. But for the majority of us paying customers, we want good value and ease of use. Make it easy to separate me from my money. This sort of deviation from the norm really bothers me and will change how I spend money with ZOS.

    The answer is NO.

I have seen someone admit to share an account with their wife and they were banned within 24 hours.

This is not a discussion about sharing your account information on the PC. This is about the feature called "Family Sharing" on the Xbox.

Yes you are able to gameshare the base game and or Morrowind. You can't share dlc bought with crowns as they are linked to your ESO account. So all will need to purchase crowns DLC in able to play that DLC

You also cannot share the "Gold" edition of ESO which is packaged as the base game and all 4 DLC. Obviously things that are bought in the game cannot be shared. But this crosses a different line that no other game to my knowledge has to this point.

I don't like buying something and not getting what is expected. This DLC should function like all other DLC for all other games bought in the XB Store. But there is zero verbiage about how they are deviating from years of other games and policy. Minimally they should add something in the description of this product that says the base game can be shared but the DLC cannot.
