Does FURNISHED Grand Topal Hideaway includes ALL Limited Crown Island Hideaway Furniture?

Hello,
As a first time purchaser of Crown housing, I have some trepidation.
Does anyone know if I buy Grand Topal Hideaway FURNISHED, all the Island Hidwaway Housing furniture are included?
I would like to ask because being a perfectionist (in collecting), I would hate to find out that after I purchased furnished housing, I have missing items from the Island Hideaway furniture that I did not purchase, thinking that they were originally included in the Furnished version of the home!
