Any idea how much the island house is going to cost? It comes out in like 10 days.

DahliaNight✭✭✭Well not many people seem to know how to answer these questions as I've been on like three threads like this and everyone says the same thing "Well it hasn't been released yet so we don't know" It's called speculations people!
Anyway considering it's massive size and that it's like two caverns or less (Cavern and a half?) Plus has it's own lava pit it could cost from anywhere between 16,000 Un-Furnished and 19,000-20,000 Furnished. Hoping not more than that because then thatwould be very close to a irl $200 home.1 -
TimidGazelle✭✭✭If it was consistent with the cavern then it would cost around between 15k-16k unfurnished.
I recall people thinking manors would cost upwards to 50k crowns, which is an absolute joke considering houses are instanced and not location unique.
The Island is great but with a Furnishing Limit and Player Limit it mind as well be the same as current manors, but with more space to get from Point A to Point B.6 -

✭I'd say 12k unfurnished and 16k furnished is reasonable.
More would be greedy, ZoS angered a lot of peopleas of late: firstly with the expensive mounts 5k crowns, then crown crates. They made up for it with the VERY reasonable price of the Sabre cat ( back to the old mount price ) of 2,5k crowns. A ton of people were overjoyed about it. Then they made up for it even more with the long waited and very recent crown sale.
I hope the guys in charge of this island are the same who are in charge of the pricing for the sabre. It's important to note that in economics the masses hold the true buy power not the rich. Here's why:
VW own more car "real estate" than any other automobile manufacturer followed by Toyota.
Not Ferrari ect.
