Xbox, Shark teeth grotto

I decided to start on the TG on my second character. The quest told me to go to the shark teeths grotto. So I obeyed. When I arrived and tried to enter, I got stuck in the loading screen.
Resetting the game, hard resetting my xbox etc all does not work. When I reset the game and try to log in on my character, I still get stuck on the same loading screen. There is literally no way to get out.
To top it off I was so dumb to try to go there with another character to see if that might work. Needless to say I now can't play with two of my characters. Both are stuck. Please fix this
