Infinite Loading Screen in Cyrodiil after sudden game crash ALT F-4 is the only resort

Hello,
Since the One Tamriel update, there is a new issue in Cyrodiil zone.
How it is supposed to work:
The game should run smoothly & with no sudden game crash in Cyrodiil.
Also, when trying to login after the game crash, there should be a loading screen of about 30-40 seconds.

How it does work:
The game suddenly crashes in Cyrodiil.
When trying to login after the crash, there is an infinite loading screen.
There is no way to pass through this loading screen.
I deleted ShaderCache.cooked
I also flushed my dns, restarted the client, restarted the PC and restarted the router.
Nothing helped.

More details:
Platform: PC EU
Client: 32 bit & 64 bit
Location: Cyrodiil
There is no crash log since the game crash to the login screen.



Note: I'm aware that there were similar issues with loading screens in Cyrodiil in the past.
But this is a new & more severe issue.

Please fix it.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno I'm not asking for a special treatment.
    I merely believe this is a major bug which affects a lot of players(There have numerous reports both in-game and on forum).
    The character is locked out when this happens, though it is still possible to log into other characters.
    Only after 10-30 minutes it is possible to log into the character I played with in Cyrodiil(The character is kicked out from cyrodiil due to inactivity, then I have to join the queue again).

    Can you please fix it in the next incremental patch or give an ETA ?
    It would be greatly appreciated :)

    Oh this new bug is very anoying, i got keep playing in cyrodiil with at least two toons... i go with my sorc, then he is locked in this load screen, then i go with my NB until he gets locked, then i go back to my sorc, or my templar if my sorc is still locked on this loading screen...

    We have always faced those infinite loading screens in cyrodiil, but not like this, if i had only one pvp toon i wouldn't be able to play... before one tamriel you just needed to reload the game, now the toon gets locked...

    Another bug related to this, when my NB got locked on those loading screens, i restarted the game and logged in with my Sorc, and both my sorc and nb where online in the same group, instead of showing offline... he was not visible, mas had a health numbers and was online.

    I'm on PC NA
