Launcher stuck since maintenance

Since yesterday's maintenance, the game will not launch. I click the Play button, it grays out for a second, then nothing. No game, not even an error message. What is up Zen?

If the above steps didn't work, please try the following:
Navigate to the folder where the ESO Launcher is installed.
Locate the folder titled ProgramData and delete it.
In the folder where "ProgramData" was located, find the files "host.developer.Xlog" ("X" will be a number) and delete all of them execpt the one without a number (it should just be "host.developer.log").
Restart the ESO Launcher and see if the issue persists.
