This set has some potential for smallscalers, specially if youre in medium armor. But whyyyy....does it reduce the heal of your main burst selfheal, vigor.
Very few to no players will ever wear this set because of that. It already reduces the dmg you do with AoE, why does the 5set insist on giving 1 bonus, but makes you suffer 2 debuffs. 1 buff deserves 1 debuff imo. Please remove the line in the red circle, or just make it not apply to your selfheal of vigor, just the aoe heal. @Wrobel

It's one of my favorite tanking sets, invigorating drain is a better heal than vigor and scales with max hp and healing not magika so you can run it on any build.

You'd be amazed how much pve content is aoe.

Well its pretty trash for pvp, there should be a middleground. Vigor is pretty important to stambuilds selfheal for pvp and having it reduced by 25% isnt gonna work. Its a set achieved in pvp so should atleast work better there then it currently does.
