Redguard msorc?

How does Redguard play the role of a msork? What will be the DPS, how much lower is the damage compared to the same altmer? Will he be able to pass the VMA? vpledge, ntrial, vtrials?

You loose passives that provide 4% elemantal damage, 10% max magicka and some magicka reg. This translates to around 5-8% total damage lost, depending on your gear, rotation and group.
Currently good sorcs can do about twice as much damage as required to complete vet trials. So just a subpar race won't stop you from completing anything. Only if you combine it with subpar gear, slower reactions and some flaws in your rotation, you might run into trouble.

All I can say is that the DPS loss from running a stamina race on a magic toon is significant and noticeable. Redguard is perfectly playable as a magic sorc, and it will certainly not bar you from completing content, but if you switched to Altmer, even a casual player would feel the difference. It's hard to quantify because it really depends on your base DPS (the more you pull, the more noticeable it will be).

One of the better DPS that I know in my guild switched his Templar from imperial to altmer not long after the race changed dropped. The running joke in our guild for like 2 weeks after was that he some fancy hacks the rest of us didnt. Not only did he notice it, everyone in our raid did.

Prob still whoop any other class not named Warden next patch...plus stamina from hvy weaving staff attacks is interesting...
