Is it safe to buy Morrowind Upgrade from internet vendors?

I see Morrowind upgrade version being offered from $32-$35 from sites like CDKEYS. Is this a safe purchase? I seem to recall there were issues for some folks who did this when ESO was initially released.

They are an official partnered vendor, and if you have a VIP account with them (register for free) you get 18% off the base price for the Morrowind Upgrade. wolfdoggie_ESO✭✭✭✭I heard horror stories that buying from amazing and beautiful 3rd party vendors who save gamers tons of money every year, bless their hearts, is not a good idea with online MMOs because it falls under the "account sharing" rule for some reason and can get you banned depending on how much the company wants to cyberbully you for being poor. That's just what I've heard though.

If I'm honest, I'm still pissed that zos wants to charge for new DLC and twisted the knife a little deeper by forcing character slot purchase for those who used our eight and don't want to delete them. If I can safely deny zos even a couple bucks, that will give me some satisfaction. They won't notice, but I will. I agree that it is pretty cheap to not offer at least one character slot. Even if as a pre-order bonus.

Didn't think to use CDKeys, it's a good idea but I'll wait a year or 2 when the price drops to $10 or less. Morrowind DLC isn't worth more than that to me.0
