COH regularly fields 6-10 werewolves at a time in pvp - there are weaknesses but if you plan well it is very effective and a great time. I also can confirm that with enough werewolves and the passive unlocked, you stay in werewolf indefinitely.

Understand your true nature - werewolves hunt as a pack. Find a werewolf guild and if one does not exist on your server, create one!
