Quickest way to level the undaunted skill line?

Hey everyone,
Like a few of you, I made a new character during the double XP event.
He is currently at CP earning level & I've maxes out the skills I need. I'm just curious as to what would be the quickest way to level his Undaunted skill line. I understand that doing pledges & the Undaunted daily quests level him but does killing bosses in public dungeons also count towards it too? Do dolmens help at all or does that only effect the fighter's guild skill tree?
Any helpful tips will be much appreciated.

The things that level Undaunted are:

First time dungeon completions
Pledges
Daily delve quests (remember you can do up to 15 of these each day if you can find people to share them with you)
Group dungeon & trial-related achievements
That one Undaunted achievement where you have to buy drinks for Undaunted in every zone

That's it. Dolmens don't do it, killing bosses in public dungeons doesn't do it unless that helps you to get a relevant achievement (which it totally can).

What I do is smash the dailies out, and go under veteran dungeon achievements and do all the scroll hardmode vet dungeons. Doing speedruns/no deaths help a ton as well.
