The fact is, though I love this game, they still have incompetence in their teams and people that are just not experienced/knowledgeable with their jobs!
After 2, almost 3 years and with all the talent out there that have tons of experience in running MMOS they still fail when it comes to implementing maintenance and patches on timely basis.1 -

I love the game, but this is just not serious.
Spoken like someone who doesn't have the slightest clue about what goes into updating multiple application services used by millions inside of a massive data center.

NA maintenance: 1 hr later... back on. Usually always like that.Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.0 -
