If I'm reading this right, you might be able to do it with a combination of namira's rot, blessed thistle, and wormwood. the question is more if my listing of abilities from my spreadsheet matches what I understood you saying. Speed would have the namira's rot and blessed thistle. I think the other would be labled unstoppable, and that's the namira's rot and wormwood. So, I'd suggest you try and find out if that works. If not, tell me what specific effect you are looking for, and I'll figure it out on my spreadsheet.

- Bugloss
- Columbine

mine, the namira's rot, blessed thistle and wormwood would do both effects the op wanted without the additional stamina one. I'm not sure why someone would want that, but it was easy enough to recognize.
