Warden Pet Damage

Sorry if this has already been answered, but do we know yet how the Warden's pets damage is calculated? Is it max stats like the Sorcs? Is the bear different than the other "pet" skills?

Not quite. That is referring to the synergy with CP. All ultimates scale to highest resource.

You forced me to watch it again, and I must admin I was wrong.
It scales to highest stat.
The morph I was talking about was changing damage from magic to physical.

The Warden Pet will be an execute. It deals some physical damage (not as much as Sorc pets, mainly because the Warden has no damage amplifier for pets) and you can activate the bear again for 75 ultimate to make a strong attack, which deals 300% bonus damage to enemies below 25%. Since it's not a spammable execute, it's safe to assume, that this is meant for pvp to execute players and it looks like a very bursty execute.

The bear also sometimes performs a heavy attack which deals more damage and stuns the target.
But you can read it all on any website, where they have posted the warden skill lines.

It will be calculated based on max stamina/max magicka (depends on morph). How exactly i don't know.

It's an ultimate, and will scale like any other ultimate, based on your highest resource. Maybe we'll even get lucky and have max health included as an option

Only one morph deals physical damage, the base ability and other morph deal magic damage
