Alchemy Ingredients Above "Green?"

I'm a level 50 alchemist and have learned all 4 traits for all of my ingredients. When gathering ingredients I've noticed that they're always "green." I haven't seen "blue," "purple," or "yellow" ingredients. Is there a point at which ingredients get more powerful? I'd love to make legendary potions.

Nope, Ingredients control the 'flavour' or effect.

The water you use controls the power (level) of potion's and oils do the same for poisons.
