Possible Bug - Mismatch between general XP and Racial Skills

Hi guys,
I have just noticed that there is a mismatch between the general XP tracker on the upper level bar:
and the one in the Racial Skills, which should show the same amount of XP:
Is this a bug or am I missing something?
There's a more or less 500 XP difference between the two.
