I can finally find alchemical reagents at guild stores that are fungi or animal parts again!!! I don't know when you fixed it or how I missed it, but thank you!!! Now maybe I can find some Emetic Russula mushrooms. That's the only alchemical supply I didn't get during the anniversary event and I never get it after completing a writ either. Thanks again!

i made a post about this along with a long chain of customer service emails. i eventually unistalled the game and reinstalled recently ao maybe was just coincidence.
