NA Server broken

Well, it is going onto 12 hours, that I can not even get the notification at the bottom of the log in. When I do try it is error 200. It is the server because I have no trouble getting on the EU server.
Just saying.......

If it times out, keep trying.

When it opens and you see

<zos_platform_response><response><message></message></response><result_code>2000</result_code><result_message>success</result_message></zos_platform_response>

or something similar go back to the client and hit the log in button.

It should log you in without error.

I was kicked earlier tonight, got back in, everything on screen except for my character froze.... And out I went again.

Edit: I was in Cyrodiil of course battling zerg of ad and EP proc trains at Roe.

I keep swapping between EU and NA servers and eventually announcements come back then I log in. Not sure if this is a workaround or coincidence but seemed to work for me.

I wish they'd just tell us what the freaking issue is. The silence really doesn't help them.

The silence is because, just like the last time this happened, they thought they fixed it and everyone went home for the weekend. They don't know that there are still server issues. If they had a professional industry-standard automated CS ticket system in place, or even just a policy in place to have someone with a direct line to the tech team monitor the ticket system/forums/twitter/reddit/etc after "resolving" server issues they'd be on top of it.

Unfortunately they obviously don't, and it's a major problem for ZOS. I highly doubt that senior management or the board have any idea how completely and utterly inadequate the controls that they have in place are. It would be embarrassing for a company supporting an online game 5-7 years ago - today it's completely inexcusable.

We don't like to refer to it as broken. It is such a negative term. We like to say the server is Saturdayed.

Hey, I've been having the same issue. ESO will either:
1. Crash, unresponsive.
2. Disconnect Me
3. BOD me.

The only fix I've been finding is to run repair. I've done it three times today. Something must have happened this morning to start causing this issue?

PC specs:
32GB RAM, 1080 NVIDIA, 750PSU, 7200 RPM 1TB + 250GB SSD, I7 7800K 6core, 3.6ghZ processor.

That's because it's not a fix. You are either connected to the server or you aren't and this is just a way to keep checking.

Both my partner and I have had error 200 many times today as well, along with "Cannot load announcements" and lack of the image promos you see on the right side of your screencap. My solution is to fully close the game, including closing the launcher window, and open it again... if it "cannot load announcements" then forget it and repeat as you'll get error 200. If it loads announcements then you're good to log in.

Once you get that error once though you seem to get it over and over until you fully close and restart the launcher...
