I've done everything except reinstall the game.... thought this was suppose to be fixed?

    yea i can get on eu. and ive also tried IPCONFIG - /release /renew in cmd prompt. still nothing

    Have you tried unplugging the computer and plugging it back in again?

    Yeah, I had trouble logging in, then was able to get in, then was kicked off and can't log in again. Much the same issue we had earlier today.

    Yea been emailing them and they give me 100 things to do and nothing's worked. Can log on my brothers account but for mine it says internal error

    OK I had to shut down my computer completely not do a restart ... POWER IT COMPLETELY OFF and I could log in

    Was able to log in earlier, play for a couple hours - logged out to eat, and not fifteen minutes later, once again getting Error 200/'Cannot Retrieve Announcements' on login screen.

    people.. we have to wait for monday for this tp be fixed.... im unable to log in due to error 200.
    Las time this happened (last month) it was not fixed till monday.

    I've just been dc'd again, and now cannot log back in even using a VPN

    Shutting down/restarting your PC isn't a solution. There's only ONE server in NA to serve everyone, it's more likely to be a hidden queue system in place. I was just playing and a bug locked me into dialog mode with a guard, had to alt+f4 and I'm getting Error 200 all of a sudden. This is the second freaking time today and it's no coincidence.

    The only plus side, if I can call it that, is able to login to PTS just fine. And PC EU, but might as well get experience with the new beta on PTS.

    So I've spent most of today, locked out of PC NA with this 'new normal' of Elder Scrolls Offline and playing on PTS.

    I'd like to hear ZOS explain how this could be my local issue when my same comp, same ISP, same moment in time, I can connect just fine to their own PTS and EU servers, but NA I can not.

    I get how it is a different traceroute and hops path to EU vs NA. Could be some regional ISP or backbone issue there. But where is PTS servers? I am assuming in same NA installation no? Either way, I am thankful I can connect to PTS, but become resigned to NA being a hot mess on weekends a decent number of occasions.

    Not most, not all, no hyperbole, it is still a far less common event than having their servers up. But it is enough occasions, especially the last ~3 months, that for an online game, it's pretty bad PR as well as customer service to have their online game be offline for good number of people.

    I was just able to get in with a VPN. I'm not sure if this "works" or if it's just more RNG.
