Literally has nothing to do with the problem. I'm sure you can log in now but restarting did not fix it.

I've found the most reliable trick to getting back into the game when the servers are having probs is to go have a cup of coffee. No kidding.

i restarted mine multiple times and followed all troubleshooting steps provided on the support page. sometimes i can log in for a few minutes but then i get kicked and have to wait a long time to get in again, while receive the login error that na is not available
