Cannot Log On

Anyone else still unable to log on? The service alerts mention "NA server login issues have been resolved", but apparently my computer didn't get the memo. I still keep getting error code 200. I have already repaired the game. Nothing works. And of course, there seems NO WAY to contact customer support beyond sending an email and waiting God knows now long till someone gets around to responding. Been trying to log on for two hours now.

    You're not alone. I was really hoping to be able to play today, but they think the problem has been solved and they've gone home for the weekend, so given their obvious lack of a professional automated CS ticket system that could alert them to problems like this, we're likely to be ***. Just like the last time this happened on a weekend and they thought it was resolved, yet countless people still couldn't log in for the rest of the weekend.

    FYI, I've tried doing this a few times:

    And it just worked for me now. I don't know if it's a coincidence that I'm now able to login after doing that and it's just that if that link works you're connecting to the login server already, or if using that link actually somehow makes your computer try to re-route the connection to the login server.

    For anyone else who's still having login issues, it's worth trying.

    It looks like the same problem as a couple of months ago. No announcements at the log in screen, error 200. I have the same issue. But, I can log on using a proxy server. They fixed it then after 3 days, so I think they know what it is now.

    Except that, just like last time, they think the problem is resolved and they've all gone home for the weekend. And they don't have a professional automated CS ticket system, so they won't be alerted that there are still ongoing login server issues. So odds are it won't get fixed until Monday. And probably just like the last time they won't extend the hours the golden & luxury furniture vendors are available, so just like last time there will probably be people who wanted to buy stuff from them but won't have the opportunity to do so.

    Quit the launcher, restarted, and that link suddenly works. This is sufficiently weird.

    Still same not working, can log into EU just fine but not NA.

    Can get to the pts-services website but not the live-services one

    Same here but recommend using the thread that has PC NA in the thread title.
    PC NA(no Steam), PvE, mostly solo
