I can't get in. It hangs for a few seconds after typing in my password then gives me an Error 200.
I know my password hasn't mysteriously changed. If it had, I wouldn't be able to type this post.
Anyone else having problems?

My husband and I have been getting kicked constantly as well. We are in Florida and our isp is Spectrum.

✭✭✭✭✭Same here. PC NA. I had to log in 3 times a couple hours ago but thought maybe I was just mistyping my password too quickly. Since I got in I didn't worry about it. Just now tried to log on and could not. Error 200. This smells very much like the problem we had a month or two ago. On your log in screen near the bottom under Announcements if it says 'Cannot retrieve announcements' that is a cue that you won't be able to log in.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom may be a good idea to get someone to look into this. Getting a error on a few login attempts before success.0 -

Could not retrieve announcements failure at login screen, and timeout.

✭✭✭✭✭Just tried again. 'Cannot retrieve announcements' on the log in screen remains a good forecaster. Tried to log in 4 times with no luck. Error 200.
These problems do seem to correlate fairly well to weekends though the last few weekends have been pretty good.

✭✭✭✭I was finally able to log in using a VPN, but since the server outage earlier I keep getting dc'd, rubber-banding, and huge lag spikes where I can't do combat or interact with anything. Sometimes I'll get DC'd, sometimes I won't.
If it helps to pinpoint the problem, I am one of those who couldn't log in for 2 days without using a VPN last time there was a major server crash - someone else I know is similarly affected, they were also affected last time.

It seems to be the same thing that happened about a month ago. ZOS thought the fixed the problem, but the login servers still aren't working properly for everyone, and nobody at ZOS knows because they all went home. Some people can get in just fine, and others are SOL.
If something like this happened once at my work, controls and an action plan would have been put into place to ensure that in a similar situation all channels (in the case of ESO that would be the automated CS ticket system, the forums, twitter, reddit, etc) were monitored after the server issue was "resolved" to make sure it really was working for everyone.
If something like this happened twice at my work, a manager (or possibly higher up) would be "moving on to pursue other options".

✭✭✭✭✭I did all my troubleshooting steps, which is to have a cup of coffee and try later. Anyway, this try the announcements did come up and I was able to log in just fine.
This seems quite intermittent when it happens, coming and going for different people. I will not be surprised to not get in later or or if others are still having probs. It does indeed seem like something is going on and it would be lovely to hear some reassurance/insight/acknowledgement from ZOS.

It's not that. It wasn't that the last time this happened either. It's some sort of issue with the login server, but it's not related to the location/ISP of the person logging in, as in some cases where 2 people are in the same room on different computers one can login and the other can't. Personally I was able to login, then I wasn't for an hour or two, then I was and I stayed logged in for a couple of hours, and now I can't again.
