✭✭✭✭✭There's at least one that spawns in the docks area of Abah's Landing in Hew's Bane that you can pickpocket. I haven't noticed any others, but I haven't really looked for them.

✭There is a VAMPIRE in the covered courtyard just tot eh left of the bank in Abah's Landing. She's wearing all black and seems to be continually working on something in a corner.
I have picked her several times, no coffin yet tho.1
