The overall tone is pretty disgusting... I get it, you guys *** win. Awesome Fanboys! This isn't a complain, or DOOM AND GLOOM. This is me wishing to peacefully extricate myself from the game and community while suffering minimal personal loss. There is no reason to be rude or hyperbolic just because not everyone agrees with the direction this game is taking. I asked a simple question, looking for a simple answer. Thank you.
They have made it really, REALLY hard to find the support email option, for some reason.
Basically you have to go to support at the top and find the option to contact support via email. It may be burried under survey options for auto-answers, I honestly can't remember where I found it now.
You could also try going to the account section and checking the support link you find from that part of the web page. I am not sure if the options are the same if you access Support from there.
Best of luck.

I only see one person being "rude and hyperbolic" here.
The game you purchased the crowns for isn't disappearing, but if you want to pursue such a claim then you can only do so by contacting CS. That's all you're being told, and it's sound advice. Posting such claims on the forum isn't going to get you your crowns back, not that contacting CS will necessarily do so either.
Wait wait....you have been playing two days.
And you bought a ton of crowns?
And all your other post are complaints....
I'm sensing a troll.

Sorry but you profile says April 20th this year, might want to ask the mods about that.

Game account and forum account are two different accounts.

But having played this a long time, from experience, this game tends to have huge swings. I've watched and helped build multiple 500 Goliath member guilds only to watch them fold into nothingness a few times now as the game does tend to fundamentally change every few months. To enjoy end game play the sub and crowns were warranted, but I'm seeing morrowind is more going to be more small time questing and adventuring and for that, sub and crowns aren't needed.

Exactly prey on the churn player. This community is a constantly flushing itself. Zos had a poorly designed plan for longevity

But that happens. Why would it matter?

Because much of the content in an MMORPG is group based. Thus no group, no content. That's why it matters.
