questions and suggestions: twice born star

Twice born star is my favorite set in the game. I've been told it's a bad set now with the nerfs to minor force.

How bad is it?
Compared to bsw? Necropotence?

Any suggestions on how to bring it back to a top tier set?

It used to be good but other sets offer much better dps now. It's still ok in trials IF warhorn rotation is good. That's a very big if though! Most of the time it's not unless you in a good trial guild.

If you are magicka, yes BSW, necropotence and even julianos is better

I'm still curious about if it's like a 5% difference to bsw in terms of dps. At that point I'd rather wear my tbs than spellweave all day
