Need Clarification on Morrowind Upgrade

I just purchased the Morrowind Upgrade and I noticed the wording that It stated it will grant access to "all content" on June 6th 2017.
So I take this to mean that it will also unlock previous DLC content that I had skipped, Is this correct?

✭OK was thinking disc versions of One Tamriel but could have been (probably was) wrong. Either way, the only thing I skipped was Shadow of the Hist.
They really should pay closer attention to their wording if they don't wish to get into trouble.

It's making a clear distinction because some who bought the standalone edition rather than the upgrade thought they'd be able to activate the base game part immediately instead of having to wait until June. It doesn't include any DLCs although they are automatically active if, and for so long as, you subscribe.0
