NA Vs EU lag

Hello everyone.
I jsut moved to EU recently and since then i have been unable to play on my NA characters
. The standart MS is around 150 which is fine, btu as soon as i get into combat it spikes to 600+ and sometimes even 999+.The ability delay is pretty....well..unplayable.
I tried a few things (messing aroudn with firewall, windows, anti virus, VPN change) and nothign helped.I have a stable conection in WoW and all my other Steam multiplayer games.ESO is pretty much the only one that is lagging.
IS there anyone playign form EU to NA that managed to find a good solution?Our internet speeds in EU are pretty good, i have the msot basic package and its 100 mb download/100 up..i could upgrade it all the way to 1 gb speed, but i dont think that THAT woudl fix it.
I would move to EU servers, but losing all the dlcs, costumes, mounts, CP...nto sure i could stick around for that.
Anyone knows any good work arrounds for MS lag improvements?

✭✭✭I don't know a fix but I'm playing from around Europe and my NA ping is normally 200-280, fairly stable unless I'm PvPing and there's a giant zerg around. I've changed providers since I started playing too and didn't notice any difference. I'd just like to say that this is definitely NOT how it should be, me and quite a few of my friends on NA are thousands upon thousands of km away from the servers and our issues are nowhere near that bad. I'm at a loss as for the possible cause in your case though, sorry OP:/ There's gotta be something though, good luck and hope you find it.0
