Armor of Truth set does not proc with skills that cause off-balance such as Blockade of Storms, it only works with normal block mechanics from heavy attacks or a hard casting stone fist + flame whip synergy. It seems to only work with stun + off-balance, rather than just off-balance itself. Could the developers look into the intended set bonus?

This is quite confusing as to what the set is aiming to achieve. Supposedly if the set is meant for merely off-balance, it would had allowed players to combine with different builds. If it is just merely activated from blocking heavy attacks, stun+off balance, it becomes severely limited in usage, thereby seems useless.
