When connection between the Microsoft store service is interrupted, ESO cannot be started, regardless if an account subscribes or not.DARKALLOER wrote: »Can this please be explained to me? Is it that because the servers are built haphazardly or that they don't want you in the game at all if you can't get in the crown store?

I thought Neverwinter was on the Xbox?

This is why the down system was directly the result of disconnect of "Purchase and Content Usage" despite all other online games being unaffected.
ESO is the only game on the XB1 which has an active subscription service.
Hope this helps.
I don't have an Xbox but don't you need Xbox live to play online?
